The Triumph story (2025)

SBCC is utilizing our "Brits by the Bess" to highlight the history of some of the British Marques.

For 2025, we have chosen the "Triumph story".

The Triumph motor company started marketing automobiles in 1923.  From 1902 until then, they had been making only motorcycles. There have been several "marques" over the years, and the story ended for Triumph automobiles in 1981 with the (ironically) most popular TR7/TR8 models (note that they still produce motorcycles). The following are just a some of the Triumph examples from the SBCC membership.
